Pumping in place of warm up
I have dabbled in PE for years I have gotten tiny gains but they don’t seem to ever be cemented. If I miss some time they go away. Trying to start back up and be more consistent.
I have been doing a modified newbie routine off and on for about a month. That is I have been doing 5 minute pumping session with my bathmate (as hot of water as is tolerable), then into my stretching, then into my jelqs, then back into bathmate with hot water for 5 minutes. Do you think this is overdoing it? Thanks.
