What kind of injury? And what style of pump ?

Give some More details

OK here’s what happened:

- Started Pumping Nov 2019 to assist with long term ED (~11 years) that is responsive to sildenafil
- got great results from doing just 1 x 10 minutes or 2 x 10 minutes per day. Pressures where generally kept 5”Hg and under. However I did start straying above that (7-8 “Hg) for brief periods and got massive solid erections from it. Within 2 weeks my penis was functioning like early 20s again (now late 30s).
- at the 2 week mark got overconfident and kept thinking that packing the tube as high as possible was the key to gains and plenty of guys pump 15+”Hg. So, I went up to 12-14 “Hg towards the end of a 10 minute session and I could really feel the pull and it became uncomfortable and I stopped after about 45 seconds – 1 minute there.

• After this my dick turtled and was somewhat sore (this was about the 10 November 2019), I guess it overstretched the tissues. There were no physical symptoms (no red spots, no blood, no discolouration, so how bad could it be?).
• The next night I tried to do a light pump session (1-2 “Hg), just to see how it goes and I didn’t get hard in the tube, I realised that I had done something stupid and stopped immediately
• I took two months off and kept up the sildenafil protocol to assist with repair and recovery, I was taking sildenafil five to seven nights per week. I Noticed that the response to sildenafil was not as convincing as it used to be and I was taking a while to get hard and would start softening a lot easier. I also noticed that the leftward curvature has gotten more prominent. The head was less sensitive and stayed soft with manual stimulation.
• two months had passed, I figured that this was a significant time to heal (nerve damage and tissue/collagen damage?), so I would try introducing very light pumping (under 2.5” Hg) again to help speed things along (like it did initially and like it has for a lot of guys on here). This is recommended of prostate surgery recovery and penile maintenance.
- the response from a couple of weeks of this was no huge change, sensitivity has improved somewhat. So I stopped low pumping and waited until now.

I have been taking 100mg sildenafil 4-5 nights per week, every since the initial injury because this has been shown to repair penile response (both in terms of nerves and tissues) in a few different disease models on pubmed.
Slight night and morning erections have started, but nothing stellar. So maybe it’s working slowly, but it’s so far away from where it was at the first two weeks of pumping. Without the sildenafil it’s back to almost no response at night/morning.

I’m 5 months post-injury and it’s such a slow recovery if it can be called that.

-I will continue with the sildenafil protocol because that’s all I’ve got really.

I am looking at PRP shots. There’s growing evidence on pubmed that it does improve nerve and tissue structures.
I am thinking about starting the low pumping again to see if that response has gotten better.

I’m starting to lose hope. I can’t believe I’ve done this. Sorry for the wall text.

I injured myself from a bathmate injury. It took me about 4 weeks to get back to normal. I couldn’t get a hard on for the first two weeks. It was pretty scary but it healed up after a while and now I’m back to normal.
