Is Pumping is much effective as compared to PE exercise?

I have started PE exercise in the beginning of this month 2ND Jan 2011, I was only doing Heat wrap and wet jelq and then I became the member of Thunder’s place, a week back. Now I have started stretching also as per your newbie beginners routine, two three days back.. I have noticed that when I was not doing stretching and not has started PE newbie routine, my unit girth is improving, but when I started stretching, unit’s girth became narrow and units shrunk. Please advise/

Ok two part question here,

First and foremost pumps do have their place in a pe routine but only coinsiding with jelqing. Jelqing helps bring fresh blood from the base to the head while increasing the volume of blood in your erection beyond it’s normal capacity. Pumping does very much the same thing however prolonged periods of high psi will cause fluid build up in the base and may create a baseball bat shape over time. This can be avoided by doing several 5-10 minute routines instead of one 30-45 min session. For a newbie like yourself just follow a newbie routine. Do not create your own until you have at least a year under your belt.
