Pumping To Help Manual Routine , No Gains Yet
Hello,
I started seriously concentrating on my manuals after years of half assed trying p.e.
Serious start 5-17-23.
I found that I gained a little 1/4" and increased my skin elasticity.
After a year I purchased a gravel pump cylinder and have been pumping to help reach my goal. 8x6.
I have a 2" cylinder, I can see air around myself when I’m pumping and fully erect.
One side touches the cylinder wall.
After multiple 12 minutes pumping sessions at 5-8 hg I fill the cylinder pretty well. Packing it but I’m getting edema.
My questions are
I’ve been doing my manuals on the off days from pumping, what the best approach to both manuals and pumping together ?
And should I do the two cylinder approach if I want length?
I seem to be gaining girth but not length. My goal is another 3/4 " of length.
I feel like I need to get a extender if I really want this.
