Hello,

Do you think it’s possible to gain good girth by pumping only? What I would like to do is a stretching routing for length and pumping for girth. Has anybody experienced permanent gains by pumping only? If yes, what’s your pumping routine been like?

I pumped for 20 minutes at 5 hg in the morning and again at night, 5 or 6 days a week. I also pumped for 45 minutes at 4 hg once a week. I also included some pulse pumping as well. After five years, I had gained 1.1 inches of perminant girth.

Yes permanent gains are possible. Find a routine that works for you. Start with three, 5 minute sets. Use constant heat and keep your vacuum level below 5hg.

Thanks for your replies. I’ve used it in the past for a bit, very discontinuously though. I might have gained 0.1 permanently (I mean I’ve seen a small increase in girth, but never measured). I used to have one 20 min session per day, 5 times a week. Would you suggest to have more (and maybe shorter) sessions during the day? Do you think this might facilitate the gains?

Also, the pump tends to attract my penis to the left hand side of the cylinder. Now, when erect, my erection angle is not perfectly perpendicular and goes a bit to the left. This is negligible, however I’d like to know if anybody has experienced the same and if there’s a solution for correcting it.

To avoid misunderstandings, what I am using is a water-pump.
