How do I use my newfound kegel strenght during sex to help delay ejaculation ?

The direct answer: at the point of no return, squeeze your kegel until the urge to ejaculate is gone.

You know, the actual mechanics in the heat of the moment.

Doing Kegels to stop ejaculation only prevents seminal expulsion, but it doesn’t stop orgasm or necessarily make you go for longer.

The way to last longer is to learn to moderate your thrusting and slow down or stop when you get close. Then begin again when you calm down.

I’m personally in favor of alternating between penetration and oral to facilitate longer sec without depriving her of constant pleasure.

This might sound a bit cold, but I’ve been counting my thrusts during sex and by pulling out a bit after about 100 thrusts, performing oral sex for a minute or while doing slow kegels seems to keep me going a for quite a while.

I count thrusts too. Same theory, comes from gym reps, or just that I love to count things. I can’t help but count if I’m going up or down stairs.

Yeah. Between counting jelqs, Kegels, and exercise reps, I’ve noticed I tend to count any repetitive action now, like some junior-grade OCD.
