Pygeum 25 phytosterols question

The “Holy Grail of cum” thread mentions taking 100mg per day of Pyguem (along with the other stuff)

All I have around me is a Vitamin Shoppe which has 100 tablets of 25mg per tablet “standardized to 25% phytosterols”.

The “Holy Grail” thread doesn’t seem to say anything about dosage with regard to standards of extract (just “100mg”) so does anyone have any clue as to how much of this Vitamin Shoppe (25% standard) stuff I should take daily?

I’m looking at the Swanson Pygeum on Amazon and it’s got 100mg with 6.5% phypsterols.. That would be 6.5mg of phytosterols per tablet, right?

And if the Vitamin Shoppe version is 25mg with 25%, that would also be 6.25mg of phytosterols (almost identical) per tablet.. So it looks as if I only need to take one daily of these 25mg Vitamin Shoppe pygeum tablets to get about the same dose as the Swanson 100mg tablets?
