Question about a new routine
I am new to PE, and recently got a Bathmate, I tried to aim for 5 days on 2 days off, and around day 4 my penis hurt a little bit and took a few days off. My routine has been 2 days on 1 days off, 5 mins warmup jelqing then 2 5 minute sets with the Bathmate. I have read so many different routines I’m totally confused now as to what is the best.
I saw Titleist responded to a thread a while ago claiming 1 day on 1 day off, with the 1 day on being 2 to 3 hours of 10 min pump sets and 10 min rest had gained him a couple inches so that definitely intrigues me.
Any advice on growth for jelqing combined with a water based pump? I don’t think 5 on 2 off is good for me, seems to be too much at least initially.
