Started the newbie routine, question.

Hey all!
I’ve just started the newbie routine 3 days ago and I have a question regarding soreness and jelq strength.

Are you supposed to be sore the day after the routine? (You know, like you would be after lifting weights.)
I’ve done the routine 2 times now and I have yet to feel (any real) soreness after.

I’m also not quite sure if I’m using a tight enough grip while jelqing.

Thank you for your time.

Start (5.90" BPEL, 5.00" EG) / Current (6.30 BPEL, 5.30" EG)

For me, a little soreness always signified that I may have worked out my penis a little too hard the previous day. Don’t worry about not feeling any soreness, I think it is a good thing since you want to do your routine a few days in a row with a day off every so often. If your sore, it is not good to workout. Stick with what your doing now, Robin. After this week, increase the intensity just a tad to experiment. Stay with it for a few weeks and you should see results…soreness or no soreness! Good luck, my friend!

You don’t have to hurt yourself to achieve the best results with PE. If you do hurt yourself, it will just slow you down. You will know if your grip is right if after your jelq you are more pumped up then normal. The jelq stroke works to pump more blood than normal into your tissues so they expand.

OK!

Thank you very much you two !
