Penimaster Pro questions

I’m going to buy Penimaster Pro.

And, I’m going to start my PE with that.

How much tension will be okay for me to start?
230g vs 460g?

I estimate that will be 230g, According to official manuals, and because I don’t have almost any previous PE experiences. (like manual exercises)

But someone says it’s okay to start from about or less than 500g and there will be no harm if I start from that.

If I adopt that opinion, then I will start my PE with 460gs of extender tension.

I post here again because I think that there was something misunderstanding about double-posting.
