Can I take conditioning with an extender?

Is conditioning penis can be done by ‘only’ manual exercises(like Jelq, Stretching, and Squeezing or etc.)?

I heard using extender starting from the lowest tension with short time can effect same as conditioning with manual exercises.

So I tried to purchase an extender and start from lowest tension with short hour(230g and 1 hour).

Can this replace conditioning process with manual exercise?

Yes, just start with low tension and time. Keep the tension the same until you can handle sets up to forty five minutes, but work your way up to this slowly. After 45 minutes, let your glans breathe for ten minutes before going back in.

Relax into the stretch. If you’re targeting 33% load, adjust back to 33% as your penis relaxes into the stretch throughout the set (indicated by tension reducing below original set point of say 33%). Do these adjustments throughout your sets and determine gains over time at the lower tension levels. When gains stop, begin to experiment with higher tension levels.

Also, the first 6-8 weeks in an extender is all about learning to strap in and strap out, as well as finding best set up for comfort, although extender life is a grind any way you slice it or dice it. Not for the faint of heart. It’s like training the body to want to swim in 45 degree water.

Add heat to your set if you can, this will support relaxing into the set.

Thanks for you advice!

Well, can you explain me more easily?

The things can I understand here are it’s okay to replace the manual exercise to start using an extender by using from very low tension. And first set should be maximal 45 mins and take 10 min break and repeat. And I could find my optimal
Workout methods.

I can’t exactly understand you told me, especially 2nd paragraph.

I was considering to buy Penimaster Pro, and at first, I tried to have workout with tensions of 1 hour run with 460g.

But, if I understood your advice correctly , I’d better use my extender with 230g of tension and 45 min run 2 times, with break of 10 mins.

The reason I told and set 230g is the least tension can Penimaster Pro can provide is 230g.

No problem.

Start with low tension, what feels comfortable. Let your glans regain blood flow for 10 minutes (minimum), set lengths every 45 minutes max.

Are you looking at the Penimaster Pro with the vacuum attachment?

Yeah I am! I’m planning to buy Penimaster Pro complete set with rod-type and ADS.

I heard that is known for convenience and excellent quality, and durability, though it costs.

And You think that extender can be done without conditioning, right?

No, I do not think extending can be done without conditioning. You will be doing your conditioning using the extender.

Have you done a lot of research about vacuum attachment extending?

I agree with this extender conditioning theory. It took me about 6 weeks to get used to it with just a little growth. Once I got comfortable in the extender and was able to up the tension levels, good growth started to occur. I imagine many people give up during the conditioning phase due to discomfort and slow gains.

Oh I got it, thank you.

Well, What kind of research? What I only know is Vacuum attachment extenders are more comfortable and less pain, but it costs and it requires expendable replacements.

Are you saying about conditioning with an extender?

The reason I use extender for conditioning is manual exercises are difficult for me.
I’m trying to adapt with this nowadays but it isn’t going better.

I will try a couple of more times though.

I recently decided to condition my penis with an Extender, instead of manual exercises.

I have no previous PE experience, so I tried to do manual exercises first, because it is recommended.

I tried various kind of manual exercises like jelqing and stretching for various times, but It was too difficult and too hard for me to adapt them.

I recently heard that Conditioning can be done with an extender with low tension and short times.

So I finally decided to buy it and use it to condition my penis.

Will it be okay to do like this?

maxwind,

Please do not double post. This is your second thread on same topic. Post your questions in the original thread that you already started.

I merged your two threads.

PE Newbie's Extender question.

I decided to start my PE with extender.

I tried some manual exercises like Jelqing and stretch various time to take conditioning to my penis, but it wasn’t fit me and I felt that it’s difficult for me to adapt to it.

I recently saw that I can even condition my penis with an extender, by starting from the lowest tension with shortest time.

Finally I’m planning to buy Penimaster Pro,
And start my PE without take conditioning with manual exercises, but taking it with using an extender by following method what I said before (short time, low tension).

And recently I got some questions about it, so I’m asking for some advice.

First thing I want to ask is, How much tension will be adequate for unconditioned penis like mine?

I planned to start using from 460g, but for safe, I’m thinking about adjusting starting point, and start using from 230g, to use it for conditioning my penis.

How much tension can be adequate for unconditioned penis like mine ; 230g or 460g?

I think that less tension will be more safer for unconditioned penis, but I want to ask for more opinions.

And Second question is, Do I have to purchase extra tension rods if I need more stronger tension?

As far as I know, Extra tension rods selling from official Penimaster website is replacements, but I’m curious about Can I use that rods for exercising with extra tension like more than 1150g.

and last one is, Can I add Bathmate if I feel that I need stronger exercises?

I’m 8.5” - 8.75” BPFSL and I have plenty of leftover rods. Plus you can still unthread and extend even more.

What about conditioning? Do you think I can condition my penis with an extender?

maxwind,

This is the second time I am requesting that you not double post.

If you create another thread for the same topic you will be placed on hold.

If you have further questions relating to extenders and conditioning, post them here or in another thread that might already exist.

I have again merged this latest thread into your original thread.
