That is, once a month (or two months) you take a two week break and then restart a PE work out cycle.

This is analogous to weightlifting. After you have lifted for a long time (no breaks) you may notice a decrease in the rate of muscular development.

A trick to restart the growth rate is to stop lifting and take it easy for about two weeks. After two weeks, beginning weight lifting will be ‘just like starting over.’

In other words, you’ll start to gain again.

Does this apply to penis growth because I hear people say “the more you grow, the harder it is to keep growing”

As of 5/1/05 BPEL = 6.50" EG = 5.25" 5/20/05 BPEL = 7.00" (This is at the peak right before an orgasm) EG = 5.38" First Goal BPEL = 8.50" EG = 6.25" FL > 5.00" (haven't done PE since about August of 2005)

Getting back into it for a week now, same goals as before, but..

1/10/2010 BPEL = 6.625", EG = 5.25" ... Really wish I did PE for the last 4+ years. Who knows where I would be at.

Orbitman,

From my experiences you must cycle penis exercises in a scientific manner.

I believe that taking a break is good for you. Work hard for 3 to 4 months without fail to your PE routine.

Take a few months off, let your dick decondition then repeat the cycle.

Yes, but not like you are saying. The best way to do it would probably PE for 3 - months, and take a 2-4 week break. If you do it every month, you wont be working out the penis enough to hit the plateau.

Very true. A lot of things in PE are analogous to weightlifting.
