Question on lymph dick after conditioning to pumping.

Finally, my EG is up after PE sessions.

My EG has been at a 5.4” plateau for a long time.

It used to be that EG went down fresh out of the pump: 5.3”.
During clamping, I’d see 5.45”. Lame.

After months of slow conditioning (low pressure 2-3”Hg, 3-6 sessions per month, some clamping), I can finally do 2x10 minutes at 5”Hg without losing EG/EL the next day. So it seems I’m now “conditioned” to the higher stress.

And measurements are up, while in session:
Fresh out of the pump, I’m at 5.6”.
If I then clamp, I’m at 5.7” — looking fat!
I stay swollen, up 0.2-0.3” FG for a few hours.
Next day, back to 5.4”.

Now, this seems to be what people call a “lymph dick.” It feels softer and has a swollen look. I don’t know if the tunica itself is expanding beyond the normal 5.4”. Still, it feels like a victory that I can get a lymph dick and that I can up the intensity without getting weak wood the next day.

Any comments on this? Is this a sign of future growth in any way? An ideas?

I’ve said this before but it bears repeating. While I was working to get gains, each new level of enlargement (however artificial though pumping, jelking, or other exercises) later became a cemented gain with a regular routine. Not overnight, mind you, but it did gradually happen.

It seems to me that there is actually nothing wrong with having a “lymph dick” post workout if the fluid is not confined to one particular area, as a doughnut is. You are healing from your micro-tears in a larger than normal state. Further to that, how do you tell for sure that what you are seeing is all lymph build-up? As you continue to condition yourself to PE, it is also possible that your penile vascular system is working more efficiently than it used to; eg, some of that fattness you see may well be a higher level of blood engorgement.

When I was a newbie pumper, I used to get a lot more lymph buildup initially that would come and go more readily. As I conditioned my dick, I would still get lymph buildup, but post pumping my dick size would stay gradually larger in size, especially in girth, after the extra lymph fluid dissipated.

After years of doing this, my dick is so conditioned that I can easily pump for 1 -2 hours (with many quick breaks) at low vacuum (under 5” hg) get a lot more internal expansion with much less subcutaneous lymph buildup. The end result is a very symmetrical and very fat looking cock with no negative side effects. This sort of conditioning has allowed me to continue to get much larger girth both temporarily and permanently.

Peforeal: Nice! It looks like you gained 2.5” EG. How much extra non-lymph EG can you get temporarily? Also, Aristocane speaks (in another thread) of 1-2” post-session expansion. How much did you typically get early in your pumping career?

I’m also learning that I should do more breaks. Instead of 2x10min, I’ll try 4x5min next time.

I don’t have enough experience to say whether measurements of lymph dick indicates future growth. How sure are you that it is lymph?

Here is my experience. I pump 6x5 minutes at 5 inches Hg. After this, I have a good plump. EG is 5.6ish. I am sure some part of this is lymph, but I also think that most of it is my real penis, because my normal EG has gone up over time and is only slightly less.

Several times I have gone past 30 minutes to 40 minutes, the first by accident not counting my sessions correctly, then once or twice on purpose as an experiment. When I do this, I see another half inch of EG, and it is much softer, obviously full of lymph. My guess is that I have gone past where my real penis is getting any help, and this extra 0.5” is all lymph, so I don’t expect that to help (and thus have not continued to do 40 minutes).

By the way, I don’t think 5.4” is lame, that is still a good sized dick!

Temporarily, I can get the girth at the base of dick to slightly over 8” after a good pump. Now how much of that is non-lymph, I can’t measure or say exactly, but obviously some of that temporary gain is subcutaneous lymph. Even then my fully erect dick is still very hard like a typical erection, and there is no “squishiness” to how it feels.

Early in my pumping career, I would get at least 1” or more girth expansion depending on how long my pump session lasted.

That has been my experience. The more temporary gains you get, they will become permanent over time. You have to work into it though, so don’t get over anxious. One thing I like to do after I pump, is edge a little. Nothing too major, but getting an erection after pumping always seems to help. Boy is it a confidence booster holding that bigger dick in your hands.

Wow. Early in my career, I get at most 0.2” after pumping, and then it’s squishy. Perhaps my tunica will losen up in the next few months.

Today, I did 5x5x5 (5 sessions, 5 min each, 5”Hg). Like others suggested here, it avoided the lymph build-up (which I get at 2x10x5). But then I saw no post-pump expansion. Hmm…

Tomorrow, I’ll have the privacy for two 5x5x5’s, one in the morning, one in the evening.

Just a terminology thing, but a session is the entire workout. When you say session, I think you mean “set”.

Glad to hear you see the same thing. Any comment on whether your temporary gains were mostly lymph or mostly tunica?

I think both. Some days you can tell which one is more, especially lymph. I think at first, you experience mostly temp. lymph gains.

I agree completely. It’s important not to get overzealous with the first good pump and then start going overboard with too high vacuum pressure and too much time in the tube.

Okay, I hear ya. I must admit, I’m anxious to just do more, more… I promise not to go overboard.

I just keep having this gnawing thought that some people have a responsive tunica, while mine is rock hard and therefore needs more pressure, if it’s to start deforming plastically.

Are you still just pumping 3 days per week? And then on different days jelq/stretch 3 days per week?

If so, I think you should consider pumping 6 days per week. Also increase you 5 minute cycles up to 6, then 7, then 8. Keep your pressure to no more than 3”hg for the first 3 cycles and no more than 4”hg for the next 2 cycles and then 5”hg for additional cycles. This would be an attempt to get you the most expansion with the least lymph and longer lasting results.

Also, don’t make the end of your pumping the end of your session. Right after your pump routine, do some of your easy clamping to maintain your post pump results and a hardon and massage for 10 plus minutes.

I have tried several times to do two routines per day, morning and night, and I always end up with the same result. It’s too much and there is nothing to gain from it.
