Quick question.

When should you de-condition an for how long?

I have been PEing for around 2 1/2 months now, so when if ever, should I do a de-condition phase? And for How long.. I am so eager to do my PE really don’t want to take a break. Especially since my gf has been noticing a difference.

I don’t take breaks, you don’t need to.

I have been reading alot and noticing guys saying that they de-condition for better gains.. I was just curious, trying to get all the information I can. Thanks again.

Most Pe’ers who have a Decon break report good gains after it.

On the other hand there are a lot of Pe’ers who gained a lot without a decon break.

Also there are a lot of pe’ers who don’t gain, because they are on a plateau and they don’t take a decon break.

The Decon break isn’t “that” clear by this time. The future will tell.

After 2 1/2 months, you’re just getting out of the Newbie stage. It’s no time to take a break unless you have been beating the hell out of your cock which would not be a good thing. Probably about a year in would be a good time to think about taking a break, subject to a lot of variables. By the time you need it, you will know, because by then you will be well aware of how you are responding to the process.

My gains kinda slowed down after my newbie gains. So after about 3 mo I took a month break, and have gotten what seem to be new newbie gains, in the last two weeks. To be fair, I have also changed my program, but I think the break helped. Everyone is different as there are so many variables, but in my opinion it can not hurt to take some time off if you hit a wall.
