question about flaccid length

When I measure stretched flaccid length I measure 7” . When I measure hard bp I get 6 3/4” . ( I know my stats show 6.5, I don’t feel like it’s cemented yet so I don’t claim it). I’ve seen on this site guys referring to studies that measured penis length based on stretched length, so is it normal to measure longer stretched flaccid? If so those studies are meaningless.

I also measure slightly longer when stretched flaccid then when erect (.25” or better), and I’m not sure why studies say most men are the opposite?

I would say it is normal for your maximum length to be your flaccid stretched length. That is after all when your ligaments are stretched out to their maximum length and ligaments control your length.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I guess that’s what I’m really asking. How many men measure the same flaccid as erect or over, under?

Also it bothers me that my erection doesn’t measure as long as my flaccid pulled length. I have good EQ so what’s keeping it from expanding? It just doesn’t make any sense to me.

It makes perfect sense to me. When you are pulling on your cock, the ligament is under tension. When you have an erection, the ligament is not under tension.

A lot of guys have a bone-pressed flaccid stretched length greater than their BPEL. A lot of guys are the other way around. Some are the same.

To make gains with bpel people hanging btc
Try to make inner penile shaft outer shaft, thus bringing the hidden part out due to the ligament being forced away from the pubic bone

If the ligament plays no part in bpel gains then why do we hang btc targeting the ligs
