1) you did say that, it is literally quoted in my reply.
2) Which hormones are you talking about? Increased Ghrelin, decreased Leptin, CCK, or Insulin? The gluconeogenesis pathway? Afaik none of those effect smooth muscle nor the effect of blood vessel repair and hypertrophy (or hyperplasia). The only possible explanation I could see being served here is the decrease in GIT motility that would aid in the absorption of nutrients - this does not fall in line with your previous statement(s)
3) defecating is the direct result of eliminating excess nutrients…
4) your blood supply would arguably be more optimal due to the vasodilator effect when trying to relieve excess heat from exercise, not to mention the direct link of increased CO and small vessel expansion.

I’ll conclude, for myself, that you need to go and read some basic biology and maybe some physiology. I will not reply again. Good day.

It seems like every few months a new guy comes in and asks this same question, “does masturbation hinder gains?”

I believe in science, logic and reasoning.

If every few months there’s a guy who is new to PE, and that guy notices that masturbation or any ejaculation in general negatively effects gains; there must be something to it. This happens way too often for it to be just coincidence.

So YES, I believe beating off and ejaculating does hurt gains.

I know English isn’t your first language, but you must know your spelling/grammar isn’t up to snuff. Also, using a number like this 13”, in english means 13 inches. Why not simply say 13cm, to save confusion?

I think it hurt all gain if you do it to close to your PE session. The reason is that my dick feels tired and a little bit stiff for a couple of hours after sex (i never masturbate) so that makes my session less produktiv.

I don’t think ejakulating in the morning and doing PE in the afternoon or evening is a problem for gains.
