Quick question just started PE my time is kind of limited unfortuantly so I have been just benn doing the regular routine but skipping strecthing what efffect will this have on my results will I just gain Girth and not Length?. Or something else all together?

Stretching is not vital, but very useful IMHO… stretch whenever you can, before/after peeing, when you go to bed before falling asleep, and whenever else you can.

Bed fowfers are worthwhile too… look ‘em up!

Keraunophile, you say you stretch whenever possible? Do you do stretching 7 days a week? If so is it comfortable, I mean, do you feel any negative effects from stretching whenever you can, like your unit being tired or aching or anything?

You can’t stretch too much, but you CAN stretch too hard.

If you dont have enought time to make a regular routine ,try to do dry or wet jelqs . You can makes Kegels all the time if you want ( working , at home or pissing).Jelqs are “the exercise” to grow length and girth.
