Sup guys, thanks for all the great info and support. I actually have been a member on the site since the 2nd or 3rd August this year, and had pics and all that up, but since we had server issues on here I had to re-create my screen name.

Anyways, I had started with the noob protocol. I did 5 min. Warm wrap, 5-8 mins. Stretching, 50-75 jelqs (they were close to erect, like 80% because I couldn’t keep it down, haha) 50 kegels, and a cool down. Had some relaxing music on in the background, and low lights just to help relax. I did this 2 days on, 1 off for a week, then on second I went up to 100-125 jelqs, slowly. Started noticing that my morning wood was up, and if I had to pee and didn’t get out of bed for 30 mins., when I woke back up it would be soft.

Then BAM, out of nowhere, I woke up one morning with no wood at all. It was real hard to get it up, I had terrible P.I. So I took a week or so off, until I had a morning wood for a day or two in a row.

And there I was, restarting again. 5 mins. Heat wrap, 5-7 mins of stretching, 50-75 wet jelqs, and 5 mins cool pack. (This time when I jelqed I kept the erection down to 40-50% rather than 80+%). Woke up with a pretty nice hard on. Did the same thing the next day, and again, a lot less morning wood.

Here is the confusing part. All other P.I’s at this time are great. Quick, hard erections with my best EQ ever. Gained 1/4” in length and a wee bit of girth in about 3-4 weeks. Wife definitely noticed a size change. What would you guys recommend? Should I take a week off, and then start off with very little, low erection jelqs? Thanks in advance!

Nothing can be perfect. I think Sparkyx said to not look at just one PI alone, but the whole picture. I wouldn’t take a week off in your pants, perhaps adjusting frequence and/or length of PE session.

Cool thanks Marinera. I have learned much from many of your educated answers on the forum.

Something I’d like to know is when you jelq do you push a lot of expansion up your dick & into the head? If so, you may have to lighten your grip. Remember that a jelq should be like trying to squeeze honey off a smooth stick. I seldom had morning wood before PE and for years so I don’t miss it that much. The important thing to me is that Jr. gets hard and stays hard when I want him to. PE has definately helped me in this area. Seldom have ED issues any more and when I do it is usually due to not getting proper sleep the night/nights before.

Yea when I jelq I am probably giving too hard of a grip. I also have a hard time making it past 10-20 jelqs without getting a 80% or higher erection.

Shit man. If I pushed hard on my jelqing all of the time I would have nothing but a tired dick. It really wears it down fast when you work the meat that hard. I have no problem jelqing at any erection level. I adjust the squeeze so it doesn’t push so hard.

Cool, thanks Meta. I took 2 days off and have my morning woods back. My noob gains have seemed to have stuck around too. Guess it is all about trial and error for each and everyone.
