Question About Routine
Hi!
I’ve started PE about 5 weeks ago, at first I went on for two weeks, then stopped for two weeks. I got disillusioned with it or I don’t know, but now I started again. It’s been two weeks since that break.
Here is my routine:
3 min warm-up
15 min stretching (up, down, right, left - 30 sec stretching, 10-20 sec pause, 30 sec stretching again and so on)
10 min jelqing
And having a hot shower as a way of “warm-down”
I’m not that starry-eyed, it’s enough for me if I gain half an inch in length and girth (I’m more than happy if it will be more)
BUT
Is this routine OK for a beginner? (not that I wish to imply that it’s beyond me or whatever)
Will I make any gains if I go on with it for like half a year or should I change it (duration, types of exercises, etc.) as I progress (if I make any progress)?
