Question about stretching and erection angle

I’m wondering does manual flaccid stretching have any effect on erection angle?
Right now my angle while standing is around 45° from my pubic bone, maybe even less.
I would like it to stay that way, but I’m afraid stretching the ligaments will give it more “flexibility” thus making it not so “firm”.

Also, where can I read about EQ and PI? I can’t seem to find it..

A bit off topic.. I can’t help but notice that forum administration is enforcing proper spelling and is quite hostile towards spelling “ur” instead of “you’re” and such.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for it and I’m against Internet slang myself, but how come you pay so much attention to that?

I’ve tried doing some stretches and they just don’t feel right..

I feel like I’m stretching my skin and not ligaments and I can’t get the grip right.

Will avoiding stretching and doing only jelqing hinder my length gains?

I’m know manual stretching is known for great beginner length gains, but I’m not in a hurry.
