Question about stretching...

Question about stretching...

I was wondering if only doing stretches is sufficient… If yes, how much time is a good amount? If not, I’ve seen the starter routine, but was just wondering if just the stretches were enough…

Nothing is ever a stupid question. Yes stretching alone would be sufficent, several members do nothing but manual exercies and get good results.

To begin with, stretch holding each stretch for a minimum of one minute. Don’t want the big guy to feel like he is being abused. In other words don’t over do, let your penis be your guide, listen to what your body is telling you. If one minute brings about extreme PAIN, QUIT!!!!! Let it rest then cut back the time. Follow the newbie routine and you should see gains.

Thanks for the quick reply. So, like a one-minute stretch up/left/down/right/forward, per day (maybe 2 days on 1 day off), is sufficient? I’m questioning because that’s only 5 minutes of PE, which doesn’t sound like much…

Good point, allow me to clarify. I was assuming you were doing what I call sets, which would be 5 up, 5 down, 5 to each side. Now if you hold those five for one minute each, you have now done 20 minutes of stretching over all. As your penis becomes accustomed to what you are doing to it, increase the number of stretches to 10 each holding for one minute. Then as you become more accustomed to what you are doing, increase the amount of time, by no more than 5 seconds at first. I have advised some guys to hold the stretch for over 2 minutes. However, you are not ready for that yet, the time will come that you are.

Alright that clears things up a lot, thanks. Just a slight detail: Which is better, doing five 1 minutes up, then five 1 minutes left, then five 1 minutes down, then five 1 minutes right…. Or 1 minute up/left/down/right, and repeat 5 times? Or does it not matter…?

Doesn’t really matter. It would, or at least to me, make sense to do the up down left right front as one set. Then repeat 5 times. The important part of this is that one minute hold. Now, once again, if at one minute you feel like your dick is gonna fall off, reduce the time by 15 to 30 seconds and build up your tolerance. Usually, a newbie can withstand a minute stretch.

It doesn’t matter, mix it up. Whatever feels right.

Stretching alone would be fine, but stretching and jelqing together would be better.
