Good point, allow me to clarify. I was assuming you were doing what I call sets, which would be 5 up, 5 down, 5 to each side. Now if you hold those five for one minute each, you have now done 20 minutes of stretching over all. As your penis becomes accustomed to what you are doing to it, increase the number of stretches to 10 each holding for one minute. Then as you become more accustomed to what you are doing, increase the amount of time, by no more than 5 seconds at first. I have advised some guys to hold the stretch for over 2 minutes. However, you are not ready for that yet, the time will come that you are.
