Question about turtling

OK so I just started playing lacrosse for my school and we had our first practice today. We are going to be doing a lot of running and I noticed in our first run that lasted more than 30 seconds, that I started turtling.. I’m really disappointed because I have practice everyday and I heard turtling effects gains in a bad way. I was really hoping to have made some progress by summer. So my question is.. There anything I can do to not turtle? Or will PE still be effective even if you turtle occasionally?

I’m thinking that maybe if I PE right when I get home from practice or games, then I will have as much time as possible to heal without turtling, I do one day on one day off. Any advice?

Yeah, do PE after you’ve finished training.

Try wearing a cock ring while at training, see if that stops turtling.

Everyone’s penis expands and contracts during the day. Often more so when playing sports. It’s normal. There is no physiological reason that this normal, temporary change in the flaccid penis would affect gains made by doing PE exercises.

Advice: don’t worry about something that is not a problem.
