Question about warming up

Just wondered if anyone here has tried getting a bowl of warm/hot water and just letting your package set in it for 5 minutes before stretching instead of using a wash cloth?

When I dont have any other source, I’ll stick it in the sink and pour hot water over it for a few minutes. A wash cloth isnt a good source, because it gets cold to fast.

My advice is to get a heat pad. Or make a rice sock. Thats a sock that is full of rice. You heat the ricesock up in the microwave. This things stays hot for quite a long time. But not near as long as a heat pad.

Heat is very important, you should use it throughout your sessions, and not only as a warm up.

I’ve thought about using a heating pad but havent yet. I may try the rice sock because the wash cloth does get cold too quickly.
