Question about when gains start

I’m a newbie only about three weeks. I’ve been doing pe 5 days a week, mon, tues, wed off thurs, friday, sat. Sun off, then restart the process. I have to say I have noticed a difference in my flaccid and erections, they don’t seem longer or with more girth yet, but it does feel a lot heavier then ever before, plus my erections seem harder. Also on the plus side I’m able to stay aroused even after I cum with my wife and last a lot longer by 10-15 min. Haven’t been like that since I was a kid. I’m surely going to stick with this read all the treads I can and see what happens

Well I have only been doing PE for a week now and already My flacid penis is much fuller and I don`t seem to be getting any shrinkage in the cold either lol, even my missus has noticed that mini me is swinging alot better now. This can only be a posative result, though no size gains are expected for a long time yet, and I for one will be sticking with it.

So there are no recommended amount of rest days?

I’ve read theories here about people saying rest days are absoloutely imperative

Frankly - I don’t think 12 hours rest at sleep time is enough - they all recommend 1 day here and there - me I’m experimenting with up to 3 or 4 days rest at a time due to lazyness and lack of time due to other commitments
