Question for big gainers

Hey guys I was wondering, has anyone gained over 1” from just jelqs and stretching? It seems like a lot of the big gainers moved on to pumps, ads, hangers etc. At some point.


Start= (Jan 09') BPEL: 7.0 inches, EG: 5.5 inches

Current= (Feb 09') BPEL: 7.25 inches, EG: 5.5 inches , 6.0 base

I’ve gained 0.5” in length since starting PE 11 weeks ago just with a newbie routine I acquired from PE Gym.The routine consists of simple stretching (helicopters/shakes/circles/up-left-down-right) and jelqs,both wet & v.

So yeah big gains are very possible with just jelqs and stretching and in quite a short space of time if you put in the effort.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

Dude very possible. I might be going out on a limb here but I think there are WAY many more people who never buy any gadgets, like they only use their hands compared to the people do who buy things. I got into pumping, and eventually hanging because my gains stalled out and I wanted to do passive PE where I could work on the computer and have my hands free.

When I first joined Thunders, in the first few weeks I searched and read everything I could from the big gainers and I concluded that nothing can be gained from devices that can’t be gained from only using your hands. In fact it seemed that a higher percentage of the big gainers used just their hands. Using devices seemed more of a preference or convenience type of thing. The one exception I think is the cable clamp which has caused some of the big girth gains (the guys claiming 7inch girth have always seem to used clamps). Replicating the effect by holding a hand clamp for 20 mins would seem very challenging.

I am 37 years of age and I began my exercises about 6 months ago. Thought it might add an extra spice to my 12 years marriage ;) .
I began with the wet jelq method, dry jelq when I was away travelling etc. After about 3 month, I added the V and A bending exercises combined with a rotor stretch and this has worked fine for me. No dramatic changes but a length gain of 0.8” and a girth gain of about 0.5”. I must admit that I have not been very consistent in my training and have missed a week here and there but I made sure that I measured my penis correctly before I started the exercises. The largest change for me is gain in non-erect size.

My main problem is time. Having two kids, full time job, a house, two cars, a boat and a couple of spare time commissions, time is my limiting factor. My total time for exercise often does not exceed 30 minutes and I usually do it early in the mornings.

So to answer your question. No, not really but I am pretty close to a 1” gain in length and I am pretty sure I will make that if I continue another 6 months.

You caught me there on the clamping topic!

I have gained about 1.5” in erect length from doing manual exercises.

Does your wife know about your PE efforts? Either way, has she commented on how it feels? My wife knows that I do “research” on sex related things, and that I do “exercises” for my unit to grow bigger.
I really do it for me. So far, the biggest difference I have seen, is in my flaccid hang. (much nicer)

So, I think growth is to follow. I definitely “feel” better about my dick. (which, by the way, I’ve never really had an issue with) But, like a couple of the other “older” gentlemen here, I’ve been married for 12 + years, and have kids. (all born vaginally) I want to get at least an inch in length and .75 in girth to kind of spice things up. I like working at it if nothing else. I’ll just keep consistent and watch my PI’s.

Thats awesome man youve already gained a quarter inch seems like you’re doing fine. Only question it once it stops working
