Question of jelqing more than 30 min
Hello guys, week has almost passed when I have started whit newbie routine and I have got 0,39 inch (1 cm) in my length (or I have measured all wrong before the routine :D ).
Firstly I’m gonna stay on the newbie routine first 3 months or more ,because I don’t wanna hurry. Like who powerlifter moves straight on the more heavier than he can or moving on the earlobe stretcher that is currently 0,39 inches (10mm) and moving straight on the 0.51 inches (13mm). It takes time and every what is on the middle should be done, if not it leads to something worse.
But now in the question.
Is it healthy to jelq more than 30 mins a day and does it make results more faster?
Like I have heard some one have done it like 5 hours at once.
But yeah saying it again. I’m gonna stay on the newbie routine and this was only a question. :)
Had in mind too is if safe increase bit jelqing time to 25-30 mins after doing newbie routine couple or more months and does it make faster results?
