Question On Increasing Volume

So I have a little experience I did PE for about 6 months, I saw no gains during that. Then I took a 6 month break due to lack of motivation. But I’m now starting up again more determined then ever. Right now I’m doing 5 minutes of stretches and ten minutes of jelqing. I’m almost one week in and was thinking of increasing the stretch time to ten minutes. Is this advisable this early on or should I just continue doing the 5 minutes of stretches?


Start date 7/15/19

Starting stats: BPEL 7.5in, mseg 5.25in

Goal stats: BPEL 10in, mseg 7in

I would say that you need to recondition yourself after the long break. Stay with the 5 minutes of stretches and 10 minutes of jelqing for a month ( three more weeks), and then you can increase the stretching to 10 minutes w/ 10 min jelqing for a month, and then - the third month - start to increase the jelqing to 15 minutes ( and keep the 10 min stretching) for a month.

You can however the third month do the exercices two times a day instead of increasing the minutes, by doing it 10 minutes of each. This will double the workload for your penis. Monitor your ability to have erections and morning wood, and if they are lacking, then back off the second workout per day.

I agree 100% with these advices . Although I have a little obsection with the 2X/day.

BUT 6 months without gains means 2 things.
1) The technique or the intensity/vol/freq of your manuals were not correct and this is why you did not gain
2) It may also mean that this kind of training is ineffective for you so you have to look for other methods like extending or hanging.

I was extremely inconsistent with my training, and when I did it was all over the place.

Well , you should have posted this info in your 1st thread.
Consistensy is more important than intensity and volume.

I just didn’t think it really pertained to the question I was asking. But I can see it’s relevancy. I’m also fully aware as to why I didn’t make any gains. Which is basically why I’m starting at square one.
