Question on my workout, please read
I’ve been doing PE for about 6 weeks. I have went from 5.75 BPEL x 4.5girth to 6.4 x 4.9. Here is my work out as of now:
5 min warm up
15 mins jelq
50 squeezes, throw in a few horse squeezes at the end
4 way strecthing, 5 times, 40 sec holds
5 min cool down
Work out takes about an hour with rests
I was curious if I should be doing this in a different order than now. After jelquing and the squeezes, my dick is really big and pumped with blood. It does not make stretching more difficult, but just wondering if maybe I should do the strecthing before the girth exercise. Any input? Thanks…
