Hi everyone!

According to the newbie routine, I’m supposed to end every session with 50x5 second kegels.
Am I supposed to switch between kegels and reverse kegels not to create imbalances, or solely focus on kegels?

I think they’re referring to normal kegels but it couldn’t hurt to throw in a reverse kegel once and a while, keep it balanced.
