Question With Lasting Gains
I apologize if this question may be answered somewhere else I have looked through a lot of information and have not seen anything that directly answers it. I have just newly started and am wondering if after you have reached your goal do you need to cement gains. If you stop PE exercises do you suffer any reduction of the gains/progress you have made. Or is their some form of tapering to done to ensure that gains you make are long term. Thanks.
