The amount of force applied to your dick while hanging is much greater than with an extender. 500 grams force is equal to about 1 lbf

It all comes down to time under tension with both hanging and extending. With hanging, you are afforded the weight to reach fatigue and ride it through. Low weight, longer time. That’s the key to gaining.

Most definitely!

Heat makes all the difference while hanging. I use Soma Care Therapy packs, and wrap them around like a sleeve while hanging.

Stretching works length. Jelqing works both length as well as some girth. I look at jelqing like an expansive exercise with a focus on length.

Probably because we haven’t cracked the code for gaining length yet and don’t know the ideal parameters.

I personally see a significant reduction in length for several days after stretching to fatigue. But maybe that’s because I’ve deposited so much collagen from previous abuse.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.
