I have seen the newbie jelqing videos and was wondering is how hard am I supposed to apply pressure on my penis. It seemed that the guy in the video had a conditioned penis and therefore squeezed harder, but for a newbie like myself should I apply the same pressure or slowly make my way.

Imagine your penis was a metal tube, or a wooden dowel, covered in honey, and you are trying to get the honey off the tube with your “OK” sign. So not a lot, but some light squeezing.

Getting conditioned involves starting nice and easy and then slowly adding pressure and/or time. If you see red spots or especially discoloration, you are going a little too hard or too long. So after taking a day or 2 break to heal, start again a little bit easier as you continue with your conditioning process.

Note: I have always thought the guy in the video was a little too erect, especially for newbies gettin started. It is best to have your penis in a more flexible state. More soft for length gains and and fuller for girth gains.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
