Good evening fellows! The newbie guide says that you should start from 100 strokes (repeats, I don’t know how to express this but I think you understand what I mean) to get your penis conditioned but for me it was too much that I even got injured and was forced to take a break for 3 month. So I decided to enter the journey again 2 month ago starting with 40 strokes. At present I’ve reached only 100 strokes because I don’t want to rush to get injured again and this makes me uncomfortable because my girth result are very subtle (penis become quite veiny and little girth appeared) and newbies on the website already do over 100 strokes after several month. Has anyone here done PE starting from 50 or less strokes? How fast did you add new strokes to your routine? Should I stay with my routine by adding 10 or less strokes every week or throw the cap over the mill and add more than 10 to get results?

First, it was something like thrombosis. I had a sharp pain beneath my shaft where the veins were and I used local mixture of oils. It did a pretty good job I might say. Second injury which made me left PE for long was something about my glans. By making a mistake of doing a stroke with over 80% erected I did something with the glans. I had a constant pain while erected or little pressed by my finger on the left of the glans. I decided to take a brake from everything (sex included) and after a month it almost went away but then I had sex with my gf and the pain went back. I visited my urologist, he said that everything was fine and I needed some good rest. External signs were fine, nothing abnormal like red dots, bruises or anything, but my glans peeled for some reason.
