What would be the best beginners routine with jelqing?
I’ve read some suggesting that 300 jelqs for 2 weeks than 600 after the 2 weeks. I’ve also read about 1000 jelqs a day. What I did was 300 first 2 weeks than add a 100 reps after every 2 weeks, 5 on 2 off.
What percentage of the results that you have obtained to you attribute to jelqing?
So far I’ve gained some length and girth but I also do stretches. But I feel that my girth was do to the jelqs. But length can come from jelqs as well with the constant pulling and stretching IMO.
How do you know when to step up the intensity/frequency of your jelqing routine?
Just listen to my wang, personally I feel that if you don’t get sore you’re not doing enough.
How do you jelq; standing, sitting, or lying down? Why?
I jelq standing or sitting, it all depends on how I feel that certain day. Don’t think this really carries any weight on gains but I could be wrong.
