Questions About Schedule
Hello everyone!
I started doing my PE routine again, I haven’t done it for a month because of the injury I had got. In my opinion, the cause of the injury was over-training, I did PE routine 5/2. So here’s the problem: I cannot do my routine on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Would it be enough for growing if I did PE on Monday - Thursday (4/3) Has anyone done 4/3? On Friday until Saturday my girlfriend comes over and we have fun so I can’t do PE because I’m too exhausted.
