Hello everyone!

I started doing my PE routine again, I haven’t done it for a month because of the injury I had got. In my opinion, the cause of the injury was over-training, I did PE routine 5/2. So here’s the problem: I cannot do my routine on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Would it be enough for growing if I did PE on Monday - Thursday (4/3) Has anyone done 4/3? On Friday until Saturday my girlfriend comes over and we have fun so I can’t do PE because I’m too exhausted.

I didn’t see any gains until I started taking rest days. I don’t have a fixed schedule but I always take 2 days off in a week. However, I think more than that is not very useful and may even be counterproductive.

But something is better than nothing! Just make the most of whatever time you have.

I have seen people on here doing 4/3 but split so it was 2 on 1 off 2 on and 2 off. They got good results, can’t recall the user. Just give it a go, everyone is different. You need to try it to see what will happen.
