Hi, I just started PEing yesterday (Newbie Routine), and even if I obviously don’t see any gains yet, I’m very happy because my penis feel awesome!
It feels like you’re caring for it, exercising it, and keeping it healthy and strong, heh. And making it bigger by the way :)

I have some questions though: just how hot must the water be?
At first I soaked the towel in lukewarm water but I didn’t feel anything when I put it on, then I put hot water and I definitely felt some sort of ”expansion” and it was really pleasurable. When I put my hand in the water it was really hot but my penis could tolerate it, I didn’t feel any pain.

So my question is, how hot should the water be? As hot as the penis can tolerate? Could this reduce sperm count? (I put it around the testicles too, since I do a little bit of scrotal stretching)

Another thing is: I’m circumcised, and when I was wet-jelqing I totally felt like the little skin that I have left was really stretching out.. So this would restore the foreskin completely as time goes by, right?
Is there any way to avoid skin stretching while jelqing? I really enjoy being circumcised..

Finally, yesterday I PE’d at 11:00 pm, and today I did at 10:00 am.. Should the exercises be done at the same hour everyday?

The water should be just hot enough for you not to burn yourself. Lukewarm is, in my experience, not good enough.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

I think time has nothing to do with your PE as long as you’re consistent and do it every day…
