Questions about the newbie routine

After a break im going to start the newbie routine ones agien. But this time I am going to be more serious, and do it 99% right.

This is alot of questions, I would be happy if you can answere a few of them.

This Is some stuff I have been thinking about and would be happy if there is nice solutions.
Maby there are others with the same questions out there, I hope this tread can help others as well.

I know I am not the greatest writer, just ask me if there is something you don´t understand, I try express myself in another way then.

Question about hot warp:

I don´t have a micro and I use to take a hot shower after the program. To take 2 showers going to make people around suspicious.

1. Is there another way to heat your dick up without taking a shower or use a hot wrap?

Questions about the kegels:

Somehow it does not feel right, I think I was careless when I did the routine before. My spurt capacity seem to be very bad compair to before I start PE, and I am still young and guess it have nothing with age to do.
I urinate many times a day, just a few seconds each time, while others can do it few times a day and seem to urinate for hours. My penis also seem to leak something slimy sometimes when its pointing down. I guess I need a better musculature around my penis or what do u say guys?

1. Do you know a great way the increase the musculature around the penis?
2. Do you do the kegels flaccid, semi-erect or full erect? does that even matter?
3. Is there something else that’s really important when it comes to kegels that I might not know?

I know there is many different stretches.

1. a, Do anyone know any great set of stretches, that have good results, and that I can do in my routine?
b, If you do, what stretches is including in that set?

I have a hard time getting a good grip, at least I think. If I get good grip sometimes, its hard to keep it, even in a few seconds. I know the foreskin should be pulled back, but it glides back, so most of the time I think I just stretch the skin.

2. Does someone know how to get a good grip that lasts long?

3. What grip do you use and where shall the grip be, at the top of the shaft, on the glans or on the lower part of the dick?

4. When you do the stretch do you stretch similar all the 30 seconds, or do you slowly pull the penis out more and more, or do you do a mix between snatching it fast and pull it slowly?

Questions about jelqing:

Some jelq sessions can be really great but most of the time not. I have a hard time keep my penis erect, and when I have it erect I do a few jelqs and the erect is gone. And to get it erect take some minutes.
So most of the time I spend on the jelqs is when I struggle to get it erect. It feels like that its not going to give me good results. Its like I am addicted to masturbate to keep the erection, and even when I am exited and stop masturbate(im not finished I stop just do to something and the continue) the erect decreases pretty fast.

1. So do you guys have any advice to keep the erection when I jelq?
2. Maby you have some good exercise to help me stay erect longer when I want to be erect and not touching the dick.

Questions about the whole routine:

I have seen pictures of guys, with something that look like rubber bands, around the end of there dick and above the balls.

1. Do you guys use anything other than just your penis and hands under the routine?
2. And then in the routine do you use it? throughout the whole program or after, before, after hot warp, after stretch?

After the routine:

1. Do you do anything after the routine, maby equip something on your dick, or do you just let it hang freey?

Good to see you start back up. Woah lots of questions there. My first advice is search a lot to find answers in case you don’t get enough replies here. I’ll try to answer some though:

You can buy an electric blanket/heat pad pretty cheap. Just plug it up, let it warm up, then wrap it around your cock. Or start drinking more hot tea. Warm up more water than required, use half for brewing a drink, and sneak the rest away in a plastic bottle. Just be careful not to burn your dick. You should drink green tea anyways, it’s good for you.

Are you sure you don’t have an STD? Or are you talking about pre-cum while edging? If its the former I would say go see a doctor, if it’s the latter, don’t be concerned.

Do you mean for size? or holding back orgasm? For size, do some squeezes that focus on the base. For control, yeah kegels will help.

Make sure you are squeezing the right muscle. Search some of westla’s old posts about the BC muscle opposed to the PC muscle.

I’ve always had great success with traction and V stretches on the shaft. Instead of pulling the ligs, it focuses on stretching out the septum, which is a big limiting factor for lots of guys.

Yeah, gripping is tough, but very important to hit the internal structures. Proper warm-up will help, and use of a stretching aid might come in handy if you are having a difficult time doing it manually. Something like this Stretch Secret or Redi-Stretcher PE Tool

Just below the glans is the optimal grip. Make sure you have a good grip and don’t put too much pressure on the glans.

Personally I stretch to the max and hold for 20 seconds in each position.

You should not be fully erect when you jelq. Keep it around 50%.

I use clamps when working on girth. Clamp it at the base to trap blood……. but for stretching, the only device I use are grip aids that provide stronger gripping pressure to the hands.

After the routine:

A hot water bottle of some kind could work. Here are a few links:

I can see how strengthening the muscles could possibly reduce ejaculation force. If you weren’t used to contracting them, but then through practice attained the coordination to do so, you may be contracting the muscles as you approach and experience ejacuation. A shot while doing a continuous kegel probably won’t shoot as far as an unkegeled one. I’ve seen a few threads talking about timing deliberate contractions to increase force/distance, though I’ve never bothered trying.

On the other hand, it seems you may have something else going on.

You should see a doctor. This isn’t normal, and I doubt it was caused by kegeling. Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to go. Doctors deal with everything.

Can you better explain the situations in which this happens? Is the discharge clear or does it have some color?

The combination of these symptoms is even more reason to see a doctor. Please do.

Kegels are the standard exercise. Flaccid or erect shouldn’t matter much. You could do towel raises with an erection for a different twist of the theme. I’ve never bothered. Also, compound lower body weight lifting exercises seem to promote blood flow to the penis. So, a regular routine of squats and deadlifts wouldn’t hurt.

What is STD? I think it is pre-cum, maby mixed with other fluids, but I am not really sure.

In my very humble and relatively inexperienced opinion, the Newbie routine is too intense for those starting out or resuming after a break.
I wonder if it should be started at least at 1/2 the amounts shown, maybe less, for 2-4 weeks. I also wonder if it should be reversed in days on verses days off. One day on, 2 days off might be better to start with for a couple weeks.

I will probably get slammed for the above statement, but the more I read here, the more I think that for some the Newbie routine is too intense to start with right away.

Some visual stimulation usually helps me. Watch some porn or read a dirty magazine. If that doesn’t work you can look into supplements that help with blood flow and erections.

1. I’d say kegel and stretch, but listen to your body also. It sounds like you’re overdoing with kegels and your PC or BC muscle (whatever) is tired. I’m just speculating. How long have you been resting (no kegeling also)?

Experiment and find your grip and use common sense. ;) I personally grip behind the glans and sometimes in the middle of the shaft. But then, I haven’t experience much gains lately (only the first month).
I believe best is to pull slowly and constantly. (Think rubber :) )

Again, maybe overtraining, maybe even too much masturbation. Maybe you have low testosterone levels (lift heavy weights - do a search on that).
Don’t ejaculate too often.

I also think there could be something else, It´s not only when I ejaculate , the urinate-power is also weaker.

Yes I think I should go see the doctor, I have other problems as well. As you said the discharge is clear.

I am very satisfied with this part. Thank you for your advice.

I have thought about one very easy and qick warm up tool . What do you guys think about a towel you dip in hot water directly from the water tap? You can do it in the bathroom and nowones going to notice and ask questions. I havent seen anyone recommend this so maby it is a bad warm up.

Slammed? Not here.

I generally agree. The Newbie Routine referenced here should be taken as only a suggestion or example, as it was originally intended. It certainly isn’t carved in stone. Starting with half or even less would be fine. Pay attention to what you are feeling.

I did very little in the beginning and had good results.

Great! do people have good gains by starting light, even for someone who haven´t PE for some months?

Some have even just started to get gains even after doing routines for months with no results.

They have done it just by switching to a light routine, with no substantial down time in between.
