Questions about the newbie routine
After a break im going to start the newbie routine ones agien. But this time I am going to be more serious, and do it 99% right.
This is alot of questions, I would be happy if you can answere a few of them.
This Is some stuff I have been thinking about and would be happy if there is nice solutions.
Maby there are others with the same questions out there, I hope this tread can help others as well.
I know I am not the greatest writer, just ask me if there is something you don´t understand, I try express myself in another way then.
Question about hot warp:
I don´t have a micro and I use to take a hot shower after the program. To take 2 showers going to make people around suspicious.
1. Is there another way to heat your dick up without taking a shower or use a hot wrap?
Questions about the kegels:
Somehow it does not feel right, I think I was careless when I did the routine before. My spurt capacity seem to be very bad compair to before I start PE, and I am still young and guess it have nothing with age to do.
I urinate many times a day, just a few seconds each time, while others can do it few times a day and seem to urinate for hours. My penis also seem to leak something slimy sometimes when its pointing down. I guess I need a better musculature around my penis or what do u say guys?
1. Do you know a great way the increase the musculature around the penis?
2. Do you do the kegels flaccid, semi-erect or full erect? does that even matter?
3. Is there something else that’s really important when it comes to kegels that I might not know?
Questions about stretching:
I know there is many different stretches.
1. a, Do anyone know any great set of stretches, that have good results, and that I can do in my routine?
b, If you do, what stretches is including in that set?
I have a hard time getting a good grip, at least I think. If I get good grip sometimes, its hard to keep it, even in a few seconds. I know the foreskin should be pulled back, but it glides back, so most of the time I think I just stretch the skin.
2. Does someone know how to get a good grip that lasts long?
3. What grip do you use and where shall the grip be, at the top of the shaft, on the glans or on the lower part of the dick?
4. When you do the stretch do you stretch similar all the 30 seconds, or do you slowly pull the penis out more and more, or do you do a mix between snatching it fast and pull it slowly?
Questions about jelqing:
Some jelq sessions can be really great but most of the time not. I have a hard time keep my penis erect, and when I have it erect I do a few jelqs and the erect is gone. And to get it erect take some minutes.
So most of the time I spend on the jelqs is when I struggle to get it erect. It feels like that its not going to give me good results. Its like I am addicted to masturbate to keep the erection, and even when I am exited and stop masturbate(im not finished I stop just do to something and the continue) the erect decreases pretty fast.
1. So do you guys have any advice to keep the erection when I jelq?
2. Maby you have some good exercise to help me stay erect longer when I want to be erect and not touching the dick.
Questions about the whole routine:
I have seen pictures of guys, with something that look like rubber bands, around the end of there dick and above the balls.
1. Do you guys use anything other than just your penis and hands under the routine?
2. And then in the routine do you use it? throughout the whole program or after, before, after hot warp, after stretch?
After the routine:
1. Do you do anything after the routine, maby equip something on your dick, or do you just let it hang freey?
