Questions for anyone using a silicone based all day stretcher

Anyone notice that since your head is squished sometimes fluid builds up on the tip? Has anyone had that issue. Of course when I notice it I take a break, but curious

It’s normal, just make sure you prevent any possible blisters (using micropore tape).

What is micropore tape? Do you use an ADS , is so what gains have you gotten?

Micropore tape is, as name suggests, tape with micro pores through which skin can breath and it leaves no residue, i.e. doesn’t hurt (much) to remove and surface doesn’t stay sticky afterwards.

I’m not sure about the mechanics behind it, but many claim that it’s excellent at blister prevention.

I don’t use ADS, but I vacuum hang so I use micropore tape (even though I’m at low weights so I don’t need it yet, but I use it anyway just to be sure I’m safe). My length gains are 0.83” from manual stretching.
