Questions for new setup (US and FIR inspired)

I’m starting a new cycle and with all the post about FIR and US, which i’ve been reading more and more of. I wanted in to incorporate some of the insights I’ve been getting from them into my own routine.
Where as the theurepeutic and then hanging corresponding to a strain curve is a very scientific approach (thanks to all those contributing to those - I could mention a few like Kyrpa, Bateman, Igigi, 5.5 and so - but I would definitely miss most of the players that have contributed) mine is way less scientific - and I’m very ok and conscious about that.
I just would like to incorporate a few of those more scientific elements into my routine.
So my routine:
It consist of manuals, jelqing, a heating pad and a sleeve.
It has been and is working fine, with slow progression
With the new insights I would like to incorporate the thereupetic heating (40-43 celcius) and the “cold hanging”.
The thereupetic heating is a bit difficult, but I have an infrared themometer and the heating pad does get to those temperatures, but also to “cell death” temperatures of 45. So its more dificult to control, but seems like it could be giving me those temperatures, although maybe only for a short period of time…
but this leads to the second part “the cold hanging”. My idea is that once my penis is cooled of during my stretching, then that will work as “cold stretching” and have the same effect, as warming up tissue, stretching it and then keep stretching it as it cools down, leading to stretching in a cold state, cementing them more so.
This means what I will be doing is heating for 5 minutes, heating the tissues up to around 45 degrees, then stretching for 5 mins. (heated) and then stretching for 5 more mins. (cold)
So this is my main question, what do you think about this setup?
To me this seems like the basic science behind the newbie routine with heat being applied then stretching and then stretching as tissues cool off. Like a basic pre FIR and US setup that acutally applied the same techniques, yet way less scientific :D
Especially those with some understanding of the thereupetic heating setup, would this work in line with your setup?
Afterwards I would like to get in my sleeve as to cement the stretching more, but I would also like to keep jelqing in my routine.
So my next question is would jelqing after I’ve “cooled” of in my manual stretches, interfere with what I’m trying to do or would that be fine?
And also would it be alright not to heat before jelqing? (This would interfere with having heated, stretched and then stretched cool, to to then heat again)
