Quick Extender Pro warning.beware.

I ordered an extender from this company and after realizing that I ordered the wrong product, I sent them countless emails and opened many tickets in their so-called customer support system to cancel the order before the delivery. No one ever replied. They still shipped the product. Now, again, a month passed and they aren’t replying to answer a basic question about how to return the unopened box. If anyone is considering buying a product from them, think twice. You won’t be able to find anyone to address your problem if you need any help afterwards.
