Routine is nothing earthshaking, as far as I can tell from research. The main thing is I hit this bizarre stretch in my life when I had 8 weeks with nothing to do and nobody around. Never had that before, probably never will again, so when she comes back next week I guess the challenge will be to see if I can maintain these gains with limited time.
1. This is not really related, but maybe? After work I go to they gym and lift weights for 1.5 hrs. Then I go home and do PE stuff.
2. Hot shower or bath.
3. Hanging: I hang 5 lbs for 5 minutes, 3 sets, using the Hubbard showercap method, massage and v-stretch in between hangs for 5 minutes. Incidentally I don’t like hanging. It doesn’t hurt but it just seems weird and creepy and I will be glad to stop doing it. Although it may be totally responsible for my bigger unit..
4. Pumping: pump 5 minutes, 3 sets, jelqing in between. It’s a cheap pump so I don’t know the vacuum level, I just keep it at a low level where it gets me big but doesn’t hurt. Hilarious when you pull your cock out of it! It is HUGE for about 15 seconds, then kind of calms down and gets back to regular big. Pumping isn’t really pleasant but not unpleasant either.
5. Jelqing: then I try to jelq for 15 or twenty minutes, then go get cleaned up.
So if you are doing the math, the whole PE routine runs about 1.5-2 hrs. Ridiculously time consuming! I think basically everything is reasonably low force, nothing too extreme, nothing painful.
This is 4 days a week, with the other three days just shower jelqing. Also taking 3g L-arginine daily. Like I said originally I pretty much started this as an experiment to prove to myself that PE is bullshit. I was wrong!
