Quick help

Quick help

Okay, so I’ve been looking around for a while and reading lots of threads about PE. So uhm, I’d like to get started with mine. Now I’m pretty limited on resources, could I gain with just jelqing? And if so, what routine(s) would you guys recommend for someone in this situation? Sorry if this post is unnecessary and if some have asked before. I’d just like some actual help with this. I’d like some full detail on whatever I must do. Everything will be appreciated, thanks guys!

I guess me and 99% not to say 100 would recommend the newbie routine, and if by resources you mean time you should check on the newbie routine and split it, PE doesn’t have any massive costs in therms of money, you don’t really have to spend 200$ on and extender or pump device, you can made a captain wench if more less than 5$ but if you are new definitely start by the newbie routine warm up/ stretches/ jelq/ kegel/ warm down very simple very effective, hope it helped

Start BPEL 5.5 EG 5.2 09-20-2011

GOAL 7x6 - on a 5'5 guy it will look huge

Newbie routine is indeed good routine for newbies. I’d start with that and then change if any gains aren’t showing. But remember this, PE may take/takes lot’s of time and motivation. Don’t rush, it’ll pay in the end. And change the routine to more intense when it seems you don’t get gains in long time. You’ll probably get fast gains in the beginning but then it gets slower( my experience, could be different). Anyway, the motivation is the key.

But don’t switch off the newbie routine for at least three months — you can increase the time and intensity of the exercises if your PIs are good, but don’t change routines. Often people get impatient and attempt a shotgun approach: they see no results in a few weeks and switch to hanging, that doesn’t work in a month so they switch to pumping, and on and on. I haven’t heard too many success stories with this approach (and I’ve heard of many failures). You must stick with a routine for several months to get gains.

Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".

Short Term Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.25" Long Term Goal: When my wife makes me stop or 8"x6" (whichever comes first)

Yeah thanks guys! But I was also thinking about what to do in the long run. Mainly after the newbie stuff. Stretches and jelqs are doable. But yeah, in terms of equipments not so much. I like to plan ahead, sorry. Anyways, I was just looking for a routine that could include stretches and jelqs that are just as effective if not, half as effective. And time is not a factor. Thanks again guys!

Start with the newbie routine and if everything goes well you won´t need anything else.

Thank you all very much for the replies. So I’ve decided to go with the newbie routine and gradually amplify it over time. Hopefully I get some gains! I will try to be a more active member helping the community when I start seeing some. Pretty sure my progress would help those that needed some insight when having to face with the lack of supply or confidence in just stretches and jelqing. Thanks, everyone.

+1

Plenty of guys go their entire PE career doing nothing but the newbie routine.
