I’ve been testing my LOT and noticed my penis doesnt get pulled back at around 6:00-7:00 . Does this mean that when I jelq I should pull downward?

I’m not sure. Several of the fellas around here think that the LOT doesn’t mean alot (no pun intended) and you really shouldn’t worry about where you lose tugback. Just jelq and stretch as recommended in the newbie routine that you are following. And some of the other fellas will address this sooner or later. Hopefully sooner.

LOT was a theory about hanging weights, not jelqing. It’s been shown to not be predictive of anything. Ignore it.
