quick question about kegeling while clamping
I do a little bit of manual clamping in my routine (newbie routine). I usually do holds from anywhere between 10 seconds to a minute at a time. I was just wondering whether or not a.) this is a safe thing to be doing and b.) if there is any advantage at all in kegeling while stretching. But mainly, I just want to make sure if it is safe to do.
