Quitting smoking to help gains

Quitting smoking to help gains

My doc told me that quitting smoking will allow for more blood flow to the penis, and I’ve read that smoking can reduce size. Has anybody experienced any slight gains from quitting the habit?

You should try to use the search button first. Doc is exactly right, but that doesn’t mean you can’t smoke and do PE and gain because many have. I quit before I started PE early this year. Smoking has a grocery list of things it does wrong for you. It all boils down to your power of will. Quit for PE and your health and stay out of the long grass.

I might be alone in this, but I’m a smoker and I think if you’re quitting for PE and not for the other adverse side effects of smoking, you need your head checked.

Just my two cents. A big dick means nothing when you’re breathing out of a tube.

I was just about to post the same exact thing.

If you don’t have your health, you have nothing.

Dude I seen results. I decided to quit over the weekend. It’s been 4 days now and I already feel my dick getting a bit harder than what it has. I’m not totally new to PE, but ever since I found out about PE (6 years ago) I was a smoker, and didn’t see any gains at all. After about 2 months I quit PE because I thought the exercises I had paid for was a scam. I continued to smoke there after. Now I have decided to take up Ju Jitsu and there are so many ex smokers in my class and they really motivate me to quit. Not only that, but I also learned that smoking reduces blood flow down below because all your blood is trying to get to more bigger parts of the body. When you quit smoking you will see results right away! I’m not kidding, after 2 hours of not smoking my dick got hard for no reason. It was a weak erection, but an erection none the less. I have been smoking for 15 years. The first time I measured my dick was when I was 21 or 22 years old, I was 8 inches. Last sunday I measured again, my erection is so weak that I lost a whole inch, and I’m only 29 years old. I have been doing PE again for the last 4 days and get this, I got my first morning wood again in 4 years! Some people say they got gains although they were smokers but I’m sure they would see more gains if they didnt smoke. And another thing, every smoker knows that smoking causes death, thats nothing new. But we as smokers have an addiction and have programed our minds to deal with the fact that we are slowly killing ourselves, so we can’t always use that as our motivation for quiting. But with PE, the motivation is great. We are all gonna die some day, but who wouldn’t want to live their life out with a bigger harder package?

Speaking of which, does smoking buds reduce blood flow too, or just tobacco?

Yes dude , I speak from personal experience. I smoked 11 years over a pack a day. Quit 2 years ago and within days of quitting my long lost blue steel boners were back. No shit, the difference was substantial. As a smoker my head would never mushroom out like it did in my early 20’s. After a few days off the smokes my fat purple mushroom was back.thats the only change I made, quit smoking. So in my opinion, yes it makes a huge difference.

I also read a study back around the time I quit that claimed that smokers have a much higher incidence of Erectile Dysfunction.something to look forward to right.NOT
