Reduced morning wood

I am 47 and this past year have noticed reduced/no morning wood. I have a reasonable health and can achieve a reduced strength erection generally.

Is it likely that the AM method and light jelqing is the better approach for me? Perhaps citrulline-rich foods would be beneficial?

I would love opinions.

Not many here are believers in the angion method and tend to think he is a charlatan. There are a couple of rabid true followers tho.

Light jelquing and citrulline rich foods could/should help. At age 47 getting some Cialis would also be helpful.

Morning wood, which in reality is not a morning but a whole night wood, is not really a good indication of erectile function. Some stress, diet, can affect it. Hormone level variations can affect it too.

In science jelqing is the exercise that is connected to veno occlusive erectile dysfunction. I believe it is fully erect jelqing. Because example 50 % erect the pressure internally is not as hard.

I remember that about 20 years ago I read internet about PE and jelqing. I was young and stupid. Decided to try it right away. Even it said do not jelq fully erect I eventually became fully erect when jelqing. And light pressure did not feel it did anything so I added more pressure that it felt. Got blisters in shaft and glans and scared so much I did not do it again. Glad that I did not because if it does not cause venous leak too hard jelqing can cause fibrosis and that will hamper EQ.

This is how young guys can do it stupidly when they don’t understand shit. They want bigger cock right away.

Fully flaccid stretching will not likely to cause venous leak. Extenders and ADS very safe. All fully flaccid stretching but maybe hardcore clamping style hanging is quite safe. And clamp hanging injuries tend to be different than venous leak.

Pumping with reasonable pressure, very safe.

I would not recommend jelqing as there clearly is cases where it has caused ed. Some structural weakness but also that there will always be new guys who do it too hard. It is hard to know what is right intensity when you start and think that harder pressure gets more results. Partial erect light jelqing does not feel much so it is hard to believe it does much.

I remember that I had difficulties to keep 50 % erection when jelqing. It was either flaccid or 100 %. Then I thought fuck it and jelqed with 100 % erection. +15 years later when I got back to PE I found that you can move blood with very low erection level. Thinking of it squeezing too hard on 100 % erect and sliding along shaft sounds like recipe for tearing some veins and causing fibrosis. And thinking back I think one thing happened, my glans did not inflate like it used to and remained almost flaccid when shaft was erect. I could inflate it by blocking vein at base by finger and kegeling. But when I removed finger it deflated. It was like that for years and I did not think of it much, but years later when I took viagra glans was full without cockring/finger block.

If one really keeps grip light, just enough to move some blood and erection level under 100 % it is probably ok. Fully erect it can be safe if grip is light enough that it’s like massage. Problem is new eager guy does not know how to do it and what is right intensity. That’s why devices like extenders are good that force is measured and controlled. Same with pumping with gauge.

If I could start all over I would not jelq ever. 20 years ago there was not good vacuum hangers/extenders and much less good info about PE. This forum I could not get because it was closed from new members for years back then.

I would do ADS/extender/vacuum hanging for lenght and water pumping for girth. Those have only benefitted my EQ.

I am glad I started in the warning thread. I read most of it and I guess there is no sure way to know, if one is affected by this weakening vein valve condition. I just pray that won’t be me. I am in my very early 30ies, I think my EQ is good, totally immovable against the curve at times, still movable along the curve though, but I think that is normal.

I beat up my dick quite a bit before I even knew about PE. I have an excessive upward banana curve, but normal erection angle and I would naively try to bend the end point the other way as a young guy, one time in a shower I even caused some dark discoloration and pain for a week, probably popped a vessel somewhere in there. No permanent damage luckily. I guess I am just looking for some reassurance that I stressed my dick already to the point that I am on the safe side regarding the risks this thread talks about. I did some manual PE many years ago, I even tried an extender back in the day when they were a new thing, can’t remember how long I stayed motivated, well, I gave up once, but now I back full throttle. I’ll be happy if I go from slightly below average to upper average, which after reading this forum for a while now, seems very doable and I am already angry at myself for not giving it all years ago. I actually have the opposite problem it seems and it’s always been like this. I stay hard for a good while after cumming. Like I better not have anything to go do immediately after because it can take up to 10 mins for my boner to go down. Like if I wasn’t so sensitive I’d easily be able to keep going. Usually it’s only a few minutes but sometimes I stay hard long enough that the refractory period wears off and I can go for a round two. That’s not very common but though. So I don’t think I’ll have any issues with venous leakage.

Have not read this thread yet. Wouldn’t the guy have trouble getting a really hard errection prior to starting PE if the value doesn’t work properly? So many young guys today have errection problems my generation didn’t have.

Diagnosed Varicose Veins in Penis

So I’ve been diagnosed and clearly can tell myself they are varicose (they are zig zagged and not straight like they used to be) also after strenuous exercise, standing/sitting for long periods, the veins pool up, become bulgier, and start to hurt. By laying down or moving around they don’t hurt and aren’t that bulgy. Anyways, question I have is can I resume stretching with my quick extender pro device? I haven’t for over a year due to the veins. When I was before, my veins were normal, but now that they aren’t, I’m nervous about stretching (but truly want to resume so I can gain more length and girth) I can imagine the answer is no from everything I’ve read about varicose veins :( just would like some options from others more educated than myself when it comes to stretching and veins in general

Newbie worried about erection

Hey, I started about a week ago. I immediately did 40minutes then 20 the rest of the days until I couldn’t get hard anymore.

I realize this is my responsibility but I also feel that the senior members should give advice whenever something like this occurs! It’s very scary to experience.

My dick climaxes at 60% then immediately shrivels up. Doesn’t get hard on it’s own.
