WARNING TO ALL NEWBIES TO PE

It has recently come to our attention here at Thunders that there appears to be a small percentage of the male population that may have a defect in the valves of the penis that allow an erection.

This defect may go unnoticed your whole life until you begin to do PE. It seems we have seen several cases where even PE done properly may be enough to damage these defective valves to the point where erections are no longer possible.

We have had literally thousands of PEers that have practiced PE safely. Usually the only ones that have injuries are those that go outside of recommended force levels and safe practice guidelines. However there does seem to be a very small percentage for whom even safe practices have resulted in injuries that may be permanent.

FURTHER, there doesn’t seem to be any signs or indications before hand that you may be one of these unlucky few.

THEREFORE understand that if you decide to practice PE you are doing so at your own risk.

Also, like anything in life, when there is a risk associated, it is wise to engage oneself incrementally. If you take it a step at a time, you should notice signals that indicate if you’re doing things properly or not. When doing PE, if you aren’t doing things properly, it could potentially be disastrous. No matter how zealous you are about growing your unit, safety comes first or else you run the risk of breaking the very thing you’ve set out to improve.

Recognize.

Anymore information on what exactly this is?

Damn…

Improving your life, one pelvic thrust at a time!

That’s normally what we say, and it probably works for 99.99% of our members. These guys seem to have not done anything wrong and yet have a very serious injury.

This is why I have come to the conclusion that there exists in a certain percentage of men a malformation or weakness of the valve in the main vein of the penis that cannot handle much pressure at all before giving out.

I suspect that a certain percentage of these men start having problems before PE with just jerking off or sex. Then there is those that do ok until they start jelquing or other pressure inducing PE.

Good thing that you are letting newbies know sparkyx, it is important for all of us to be aware of the risks of PE, but keep in mind the great benefits it produces to most of us.

Listen, there is a guy posting here;

PE gave me irreversible ED

I have enough of a Medical background to realize that this guy is for real, and it sounds like he didn’t really do anything wrong.

Its an f-in tragedy!

I had heard of this at least 2 other times, but you never really know for sure if the guy messed up or not. This case finally lead me to believe that there is a real syndrome here. Just from being here as long as I have, it seems that it a very small percentage, but its real.

Its like a heart defect that no one notices until the kid drops dead on the basketball court in the middle of a game. It totally sucks, but the best thing we can do as a community is to face it, post it and lets guys decide for themselves whether they want to risk it.

I don’t want to be telling everyone, "nothing to worry about" when there is. Granted its probably an infinitesimally small percentage, but tell that to the guys that now can’t get a hard on!

So, informed consent boys. There is risk…make your own decisions and live with the consequences.

These are the other two cases I am aware of;

I have a venous leak, I’m going to have it fixed by an interventional radiologist.

Very well said sparkyx! Then, we can now say that PE is not really for everyone!

Is it possible to get this checked and diagnosed before you start PE?

Did I mention they are flaccid measurments?...Kidding! :p

Oh Fuck that’s a terrible shame.

I can’t think of anyway of testing yourself to see if your susceptible to this kind of injury, either, other than unbelievably light jelqing for several months and gradually building up to a normal pressure, but then you’d never know and one set of clamping would probably cause it straight away.

Actually, it might be possible get use one of the medical imaging techniques to check if you’re susceptible, maybe. I wonder also if there is a genetic marker that can be tested for, as this sounds like a genetic defect. If there’s any rich PE’ers with money It’d be good if they went to a geneticist to index possible markers in affected individuals haha. Ok I’m getting a bit carried away.

I would be interested in knowing if these individuals would likely develop this problem at some point in their lives ANYWAY from some rough sex or just dick fondling, that would make me feel better :(

I wonder if this information will discourage anyone.

I’m glad I’m not a newbie anymore.

How long, on average, does it take for these people to realize pe has had an adverse reaction to their penile health?

I’ve been doing pe for almost a year and am 35 years old, the last thing I want is for something like this to just suddenly rear it’s ugly little head (pun intended)

I really sympathize with anyone who has this problem.

I would also suggest checking these threads from another forum: http://www.altp enis.com/forums … 14652#Post14652

It may be that this poster is one of the same people who previously posted here. I would encourage you to read these threads as the original poster gave answers to a number of questions I asked that bears on this issue.

I have a medical background and I have been looking into these threads. I agree that these people appear to be completely legitimate. It is true that "veno-occlusive disease" of the penis, or "venous leak" is really not very well understood at this point in time. In order to get an erection the arterioles (small arteries) of the penis have to vasodilate (open up) but the venous drainage also has to seal itself off. There are instances in which the venous drainage seals off and doesn’t reopen, resulting in priapism which can occur with drugs like
Viagra, and also with some diseases such as sickle-cell anemia. If the venous drainage of the penis doesn’t seal off properly, either an erection will not result, it will be of poor quality, or will be impossible to maintain, no matter how much the arteries dilate.

It would be very helpful to all if it was possible to get an idea of the incidence of this problem (the frequency with which it occurs). It would appear to occur rarely, but I am concerned that there may be other individuals who feel that PE may have resulted in ED who have not reported their experiences. If so, hopefully this thread will encourage them to do so.

This wouldn’t be in response to “pe gave me irreversible ED” would it? I have stopped all forms of PE, know one knows the long term effects of these exercises. If you stop all gains are lost. Most men do not need pe at all it mostly psychological. I would rather be sure my dick will work until I die than have a slightly larger penis and have to do these exercises for hours a day. I think this should be a wake-up call for all of us. I will opt for weight loss, good nutrition, exercise and supplements to ensure continual good sex life.

You should have a healthy diet and take foods and supplements like cherrys and fish oil to strenghten the artery walls.and I notice that in the newbie routine there is jelquing. I don’t think jelquing is good for anyone untill a couple years of PE.I did it for a while and got carried away and lost EQ pretty bad, now I never do it, I might when I am done gaining length, but I don’t plan on doing it more than 3 times a week.

It woud be best to lose excess weight before starting penis enlargment excersizes, who knows, you could just be hiding away that couple inches and not need to deform or as I like to say reform your penis. (I have safely cured my PD by hanging light to medium for relatively short periods of time) I would say if your penis feels hard after hanging, like not firm, but slightly harder, you are hanging too much or too long, or both.my penis after hanging properly is squishy and sometimes right after hanging I get raging wood

Also I only go one day on one day off, the same as I excersize my whole body, I have noticed that when I go 2 or 3 days then rest my penis doesnt respond very well.I have tried all week and the weekends off too, it doesnt work at all for me, I thought I was a slow gainer, but I just wasn’t doing it safely

In my opinion no one should be doing these excersies for hours a day.I’ve tried that and I gained, but not much.I swear if you lower it to 30-60 mins evry other day you will have the hardest erections of your life and will gain much more
