I can eat seafood just fine, as can millions of others. Very good things can happen from eating seafood; it can be very tasty, and it can be heart-healthy. There is a small percentage of people who are allergic, and perhaps have a life-threatening reaction.
Should I and the millions who are just fine with seafood give it up?

Oh, and those supplements you take, hangster? There’s not a whole lot of regulation or research on those. In fact, when there has been some research, some have been shown to be harmful. Heard about beta carotene increasing the risk of cancerous polyps or lung cancer?

How about the l-tryptophan toxicity incident?

The ideas about what constitutes ‘good nutrition’ vary, and certainly have varied over time.
People drop dead suddenly during exercise.
Now, with all that said, I am not against weight loss, good nutrition, exercise, supplements, seafood… or PE. Just be aware of the risks you’re taking, and be an informed decision-maker.
