Read This First: Warning To Newbies

Thank You

Thank you for posting this. It is the right thing to do.

I have seen people try to explain their situation on this and other sites and just get completely squashed by others. This type of situation alone can be very devastating. To have others completely deny your story, or tell you that there’s no way this could be true or you must not have followed the rules or whatever, is incredibly painful.

I have gotten nauseous reading some people get attacked for simply trying to warn others that these types of serious injured are in fact possible. I knew that voicing my support at those times would do no good and I would just get mauled as well. I always thought that the attackers were just trying to keep PE as a 100% “when perfectly practiced, permanent-injury free” activity in the eyes of it’s readership, and in a way I guess I could understand why they acted as they did. Somehow, somewhere, someone has realized that there are real people at the other end of these computer screens, and that it is more important to be completely transparent and honest than to try and increase readership at all costs.

I really would like to commend whoever it was that decided to finally post this type of message. It’s really pathetic, but I almost want to cry. You can change your life for the better by following the instructions on this site. But there is another side to that coin as well. I’m just glad that this will be known now. The readers/members will still come, I promise. And frankly, they will be a lot better off/safer because of this simple original post.

So, on a day in which I have been commending our U.S. Veterans for providing us with the civil liberties and freedoms we should all be very thankful for. Someone has chosen to use their freedom in the RIGHT way. They have allowed others the freedom to make informed decisions and practice PE with real, honest knowledge. Thanks again.

I keep wondering, are there any suppliments, diets, medicines or ANYTHING that is extremly benefitial to the systems that seem to fail and cause these. These such things could aid in prevention or the fix of minor venous leakage instances yes?

I have had deflated glans, and now I am concerned. I think I just have a beat up dick from abuse, but I do not know.

Yes. For some guys, there’s also guilt, which can be a real erection killer. Many guys harbor a belief that trying to grow ones penis is actually sinful and that some sort of divine punishment is likely the ensue if one tries. This feeling can be compounded when doctors respond punitively when a guy “confesses” his PE activities to them.

You won’t get an argument from me there. My post was not to intended to detract from the warning, but to put it into context, which is to say we really don’t know what’s going on.

I think the next step is to gather as much information as we can about these venus leak cases and try to make some sense out of what we can find.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

How many of these cases have been reported here?

How to improve weak erection

I’ve been here since 2004. Most of the cases of ED are directly related to decreased EQ, and psychogenic. Translated, from beating their dicks up too much, and worrying about it not working.

Really, I can say I only now know of 3 cases which I believe are true Venous leakage.

The real test is… do or can you can an erection at all? This means nite wood, erections from anything at anytime, including chemical stimulation. If you can, then the valves work fine, the problem lies elsewhere.

For most guys here, ED problems are mostly too much PE or too much worry. These are not permanent problems.

True venous leakage prevents proper erection under ANY circumstances, including direct injections into the penis with chemicals that normally cause very hard erections. This would rule out 99.99% of the ED problems reported here.

Really I don’t think much can be done about it. There is probably no way to screen it, at least any practical way.

Therefore, its really just providing a type of informed consent for guys coming here for PE instruction.

They just have to realize, that no matter how careful they are, there is a very small percentage of men that can run into this problem. They just have to decide whether they want to roll the dice or not.

I would love it if (as YOU mention) we put this question out all over the world and if we can get one of our members to report back on an effective treatment for it.
That would be a real service we could provide for the unfortunate few that have this condition.

Sparky-

Varicoceles can now be repaired, but only on young guys (IIRC). So perhaps there is hope.

I'm fed up of having a signature!

A varicocele has nothing to do with what we are talking about here.

“Venous Leakage” is a mysterious condition, therefore all the more appealing to fall back on when any erection fails in its potential.

What occurs during venous leakage - I have it and had it before I even knew about PE - is this: As an erection builds, or begins to build, arteries bring blood into the CCs; meanwhile, the venous system is carrying blood out of the penis, back to the lungs/heart for re-oxygenation. As the CCs expand, and more arterial blood comes in during sexual stimulation, pressure is applied against the venous drainage system. The venous system is clamped down such that more blood flows in than is drained out and we get hard. Keep in mind that during a normal erection, there is _continuous_ new, oxygenated blood flowing in and de-oxygenated blood flowing out. Only in the case of an extended priapism do we get in trouble for lack of oxygen.

In venous leakage, the venous system is not “failing,” per se - it is doing its job, only too well. Arterial in-flow is not sufficient to clamp the venous system off enough to stay hard.

There are many degrees of venous leakage. Some men cannot get an erection at all when venous leakage is severe because the arterial system is insufficient to overcome the venous flow out of the penis. (This is not “venous leakage” necessarily, rather arterial insufficiency perhaps.) Those with a lower degree of issue may get a partial erection, or a full one only to lose it shortly because there is not enough compression within the CCs to slow venous drainage out sufficiently for us to stay hard.

Venous leakage does not occur overnight. In most cases, it creeps up on you - and very slowly. You are having sex and you experience an erection failure. Many possible reasons for that. We all have failures now and then. But gradually you experience more and more failures, among successes, and that is the time to look more deeply into the cause of the ED. The test for venous leakage just now is the Doppler Color Sonogram. An easy and not very expensive test. It can indicate where the problem is and it can indicate if there is arterial insufficiency, as well.

My suggestion, in this well-meant and useful thread, is that no one leap to the conclusion that he has “venous leakage” from reading all this. It is not a common condition in younger men and the likelihood of your getting leakage from beating your cock up in some way is not very high. The probability of your getting some other, transient form of ED is high though, if you insist on overdoing any form of PE exercise or routine.

So, not only do we not know that PE was the cause of this condition, we don’t know either that condition is what we think it is.

It sounds like a doctor’s diagnosis of “venous leakage” really could mean anything, since ultimately all erection failures can be described by this term.

This is where you are mistaken. The condition is caused by valve failure IIRC, please correct me if I’m wrong.

I am wondering if men with a mild version of this can get by with kegeling and developing the IC muscle in particular?
