However, it does not logically follow that ‘when even veterans have venous leaks, we all need to be concerned’ - especially when both veterans specifically reported that their venous leakage predated PE.

Absolutely, Lampwick. My venous leakage is totally unrelated to PE in any form.

Pumping helped a great deal. Over time I was able to increase my arterial efficiency such that flow-in pretty much overcame the leakage-out. I still need some help from ED drugs, but things are much better than they were before I took up pumping.

I have looked at most of these and I didn’t find anyone asking the guy how erect he was when he was doing his jelqs. I think he was doing them at a high level like 90% and applied a lot of pressure. That could cause a venous leak.

I read the warning about this defected valve thingy and had some questions.if this so called Venous Leakage does happen while doing PE exercises does that mean you can’t have kids by different or regular means any more? Does this stop the ejaculation process? I was going to start PE, but I will wait and do more research and go from there. I know this questions seem kind of obvious, but does it mean the end of your sex life also?

Welcome to thunder. A venous leakage reduces ones ability to get erections. The erection quality may be reduced or one can never get erections again. There are procedures and stuff like cock rings that help so if it is not very severe it will not be the end of your sex life.

Why is a venous leak so difficult to treat I mean considering the advancements in surgery you’d think it wouldn’t be a problem

I do not beleive I fully understand the complexity of this issue, but from what I can see this is how it works.

Some get a venous leak.

Of those who get it, it can be really bad to not bad at all, or inbetween.

If you get it really bad, you cannot have kids in the traditional sexual manner, but I’d bet that there is a scientific way to extract sperm from the male without needing him to ejaculate.

Just found this thread, how would we know if we had a leak? I was seriously considering starting PE for personal issues an such. Now I am not sure.
